Renovation and rejuvenation of a B listed Scots Jacobean Victorian school into an award winning residential development of 45 homes in the west end of Dundee.  The development includes landscaped gardens with a park-like theme, communal courtyards and contemporary linear buildings inspired by the towers and scale of the historic school.  Winner of Scottish Home Awards 2015.
