Bespoke private house in a prime Edinburgh location. Cross-laminated timber used to achieve high quality spaces and internal environment. The structure was manufactured from Cross Laminated Timber, a method of construction with relatively low embodied energy that uses prefabricated solid timber wall, floors and roof panels with structural openings incorporated within panels.
